Kamesha Watson

Kamesha serves Accomack and Northampton Counties.  She is housed in the Northampton County Extension office.  She works with limited income adults in the community delivering nutrition education at various sites throughout the year.  Topics include:  Plan, Shop & Save, Fruits & Vegetables, Grains, Protein, Dairy, Physical Activity & Making a Change.  She also teaches lessons on Nutrition during Pregnancy, and Feeding infants.  For more information about the Family Nutrition Program in your community, please call (757)678-7946 or email her at kameshaw@vt.edu
